2 – COMPOSITION INFORMATION ON THE COMPONENTS
Chemical composition of the main constituents.
SiO2 From 15 a 20%
Al2O3 From 5 a 10 %
CaO From 70 a 75 %

3 - INDICATIONS OF THE DANGERS

Basic product. To be handled and used with caution, irritant for the mucosa (eyes, mouth). Avoid prolonged contact with the skin.

4 - FIRST AID
In case of contact with the eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice.

5 - FIRE PREVENTION MEASURES
In case of fire, there are no particular risks.

6 - MEASURES TO BE TAKEN IN CASE OF ACCIDENTAL DISPERSION
Prevent letting the powder get lifted into the atmosphere and collect the dispersed product in airtight containers.

7 - HANDLING AND STORAGE
To be handled and used with caution. The product is supplied in airtight pvc containers, to be kept in an indoor dry place.

8 - EXPOSURE CONTROL - INDIVIDUAL PROTECTION
Control parameters: with regard to exposure, there are no specific limit values for the product except those regarding inert dust in breathable form.
Individual protection equipment: during the mixing and packaging stages, staff must use suitable protection devices (anti-dust masks, gloves, goggles).

10 – STABILITY AND REACTIVITY
Stability: Stable in normal storage
and use conditions.
Reactivity: Reacts with strong acids producing
inert non-hazardous compounds.

11 - TOXICOLOGICAL INFORMATION
Acute toxicity: Not relevant.
Harmful effects: Contact with the skin and mucosa causes irritation.

12 - ECOLOGICAL INFORMATION
The product must be spread gradually onto spillages of acid solution (liquid or gelatinous) in the exactly sufficient quantities for them to be completely absorbed. At the end of the effervescent reaction (about 5-10 minutes) the resulting mortar is chemically neutral and stable.

13 - WASTE ELIMINATION
When used, Neutrite S7 produces products that can be disposed of as special non-hazardous waste without any particular precautions and without time limits.

14 - TRANSPORT
Neutrite S7 does not require any special procedures.

15 - REGULATORY INFORMATION
Neutrite S7 is not subject to particular labelling as is the case with hazardous products. The general regulations relating to safety and hygiene at work are applied to Neutrite S7.
16 - OTHER INFORMATION
Neutrite S7 is not included on any lists such as EINECS, CAS, TSCA (Toxic Substances Control Act), TRGS (Technische Regein fur Gefährstoffe).
